Jakarta, May 5, 2010:
Indonesia has selected a national squad of 40 players for the HSBC Asian 5 Nations (A5N) Division 3 Rugby Tournament scheduled to be played at University of Pelita Harapan (UPH) Stadium, Karawaci on June 9 and 12, 2010. This squad will be trimmed to 24 players prior to the commencement of the tournament.
The Indonesian Rhinos Rugby Team sponsored by Offshore Services Indonesia (OSI) will battle it out against visiting teams from Guam, Pakistan and Iran in IRB-sanctioned Test matches. Tournament Semi-Finals are scheduled for June 9, with a 1pm match between Guam and Iran followed by a 3pm match between Indonesia and Pakistan. The losers of each Semi-Final on June 9 will face each other in a 3rd/4th Playoff at 1pm on Saturday June 12, whilst the winners of each Semi-Final will play in the 2010 HSBC A5N Division 3 Cup Final at 3pm on the same day. ..
